Excellence Center | Dubai | Full-time, on-siteSalary: AED 4,500 per monthCan you help a shy person feel comfortable, tell their story, and show their strengths on camera?We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, asks thoughtful questions, writes accurate candidate profiles, and creates engaging short videos.You will work directly with housemaids and nannies physically present at our center. Many have valuable experience but struggle to explain their skills. Your job is to help them express themselves confidently and naturally.Your responsibilities• Conduct warm, detailed interviews using our prepared open-ended questions.• Ask follow-up questions to uncover actual experience in childcare, cooking, cleaning, and household work.• Record interviews in six structured sections using our established process.• Use our AI tools to prepare CV drafts, then verify and correct the information.• Take clear, presentable candidate photographs.• Create short video introductions that show each candidate’s skills and natural personality.• Maintain accurate candidate profiles in our system.What you must bring• Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to put people at ease.• Clear spoken and written English.• Experience interviewing people or guiding them on camera.• Practical recording and editing skills using CapCut or a similar tool.• Ability to produce clear sound, good framing, readable captions, and clean edits.• Careful attention to facts: present genuine strengths without exaggerating skills.This is a hands-on interview, CV-writing, and video-creation position. You must be willing and able to complete all three parts.To applySend your CV and two short video samples that you personally recorded or edited.
