Leveraging deep technical expertise to expose internal system dynamics, the successful candidate will translate computational complexity into human legibility—equipping diverse stakeholders to reason and decide together.The ideal candidate will bring an internationally recognized research track record showing how interactive, dynamic visual interfaces ground human reasoning and decision making and enable oversight in complex computational systems. Candidates should demonstrate an active research agenda (commensurate with rank) that establishes visual interfaces as the framework for collaborative sensemaking and systems oversight.
