We’re hiring a Remote Junior Security Awareness Analyst to join our growing information security team.As a Junior Security Awareness Analyst, you’ll help strengthen our organization’s security culture by supporting employee training, promoting safe technology practices, and helping reduce the risk of phishing attacks and other common cyber threats.You’ll work alongside cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to develop awareness materials, support internal security campaigns, and help employees understand how to recognize and respond to potential security risks.This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in cybersecurity who enjoys communicating, researching, and helping others learn. Whether you’re a recent graduate, transitioning from another field, or developing your knowledge through cybersecurity training, you’ll have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a growing area of information security.Previous professional cybersecurity experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to detail, and is genuinely interested in helping people stay safe online.Location: Fully remote — Dubai and UAE-based applicants welcome, subject to employment eligibility.Compensation: AED 9,000–12,000 per month, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.### What You’ll Do* Assist with developing and maintaining cybersecurity awareness materials for employees* Help organize internal security awareness campaigns and training sessions* Support phishing awareness exercises and document the results* Research emerging cyber threats, online scams, and common social engineering techniques* Help create clear guidance on password security, multi-factor authentication, and safe data handling* Assist with tracking employee training completion and awareness program metrics* Prepare presentations, newsletters, and educational content about cybersecurity* Collaborate with IT and security teams to communicate important security updates* Help identify common security knowledge gaps and suggest improvements to training materials* Maintain documentation of awareness activities, training records, and campaign outcomes* Stay informed about cybersecurity trends and practical ways to prevent security incidents### Who You Are* Interested in building a career in cybersecurity or information security* Have a basic understanding of common cyber threats, phishing, malware, and online safety* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Able to explain technical concepts in simple, accessible language* Organized, creative, and detail-oriented* Comfortable working with presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools* Curious about human behavior and how people respond to security risks* Able to manage tasks independently and collaborate with different teams* Willing to learn new security concepts, tools, and awareness techniquesThe following are beneficial but not required:* Google Cybersecurity Certificate, CompTIA Security+, or similar introductory training* A degree or qualification in cybersecurity, IT, communications, education, or business* Familiarity with phishing simulations or security awareness platforms* Experience creating training materials, presentations, newsletters, or educational content* Previous experience in customer support, administration, communications, or training* Personal cybersecurity projects, online courses, or independent studyNo previous professional cybersecurity experience is required.
