We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer to join our team in Dubai and support the delivery of high-quality, competitive MEP tenders across major projects in the region, including data centre projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review electrical estimates, take-offs, BOQs, and pricing for tender submissions.Ensure accuracy of quantities, rates, and overall pricing.Prepare material take-offs from Electrical drawings and plans.Prepare electrical estimates for data centre projects, including switchgear, UPS systems, generators, busbar, cabling, and containment.Prepare and issue supplier enquiries, including BOQs, specifications, schedules, and preferred manufacturer lists.Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations and evaluate costs.Develop detailed cost breakdowns for electrical systems and sub-systems.Review electrical specifications, drawings, and contract documents.Prepare Bills of Quantities in line with Client, Consultant, and Contractor requirements.Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial teams.Maintain estimating databases using historical cost data.Support junior estimators and review their work.Ensure compliance with company information security policies and report any incidents as required.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical estimation.Proven data centre project experience (mandatory).Strong knowledge of Electrical BOQs, take-offs, and local supply chain.Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
