CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that belongs to the LVMH group, which ambition is to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.To make this vision a reality we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and agile personalities who are eager to evolve in a demanding environment.As Store manager, you will act as the store Chief Executing Officer. You will be a model in terms of sales, customer experience and loyalty, spending most of your time on the shopfloor. You will promote the brand’s culture and values in its daily environment as well as a talent hunter, people manager and a skills developer.Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness and client developerMonitor the store performance and always remain aware of market trendsTake responsibility of the P&LIdentify areas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial goalsEstablish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectivesTranslate the store’s objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targetsBe the link between the head office and the storeBrand ambassador and promoter Be the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values to promote CELINEEnsure the best level of client experienceHandle delicate customer situations if neededProcess ownerEnsure that all the processes are compliant with the legal, regulatory and internal requirementsBeing responsible of the StockBeing responsible of the Store planningGuarantee the proper execution of all tasks related to the digitalization of the storeTalent Hunter, Manager & Skills DeveloperDetect new talents in your daily environment and recruit themManage the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, develop the team spiritRegularly coach the team to ensure they develop the key skills expected at their positionProfileEducation: Business School, University or “equivalent experience” Experience: Retail experience required Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus Competencies: Strong business sense and ability to drive results Product and fashion sensitivity Proven ability to manage large teams, strong leadership High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty Strong communication skills Organizational skills, sense of priorities and agility Talent for coaching and developing a team Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosity Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented, highly organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
