RUSSIAN SPEAKERS ONLYMUST BE ALREADY IN DUBAIJob Type: Full-timeLocation: JLT, DubaiWe are looking for a Sales Executive at The Visa Services Company. You will be a key ambassador of our company, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.▫️ Responsibilities:* Identifying and prospecting potential customers: Research and target new clients, businesses, or industries to expand the company's customer base.* Building and maintaining relationships: Establish strong rapport with existing clients and nurture long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.* Negotiating contracts and closing deals: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements and achieve sales targets.* Meeting sales targets: Set and achieve sales goals, regularly monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to overcome challenges.* Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, product enhancements, and after-sales service.* Providing exceptional customer service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.▫️ Qualifications:* Russian speakers only.* Excellent communication skills in English.* Previous experience is sales, contact center or customer support.* Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and government officials.* Strong attention to details and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach▫️ Benefits:* 6,000-7,000 basic salary + monthly incentives (up to 20k AED)* Comprehensive health coverage* Professional development and supportive team* Additional bonuses and happy hours!If you are passionate about making a positive impact and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you!
