Marketing Manager | Abu Dhabi, UAEWhat This Role Is AboutOur client is looking for a Marketing Manager, based in Abu Dhabi, to lead marketing across brand, category, consumer, and commercial priorities.The role will work closely with the wider business to understand consumer and market needs, identify growth opportunities, and bring new products to market. You will have strong exposure to product development, innovation, R&D, and manufacturing, with responsibility for taking ideas from concept through to launch.This is a hands-on role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building things from the ground up, spotting opportunities, and taking ownership beyond a traditional marketing function.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within Food or FMCGArabic speaker is a mustStrong understanding of the food category, with experience working closely with R&D, innovation, and product development teamsProven experience managing new product launches and go-to-market strategiesStrong understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to translate market needs into marketing opportunitiesEntrepreneurial and hands-on approach, with the ability to build and develop ideas independentlyComfortable working closely with senior leadership and key business stakeholdersGood understanding of the GCC consumer and market landscapeThis is an opportunity to take ownership of a broad marketing agenda and play a key role in developing new products and driving growth within the GCC market.
