About PlanX ConferencePlanX Conference is a premier founder-growth event in Dubai built for 6–7 figure founders and investors focused on practical, execution-ready strategies. Over two days, 2,500 founders converge to build wealth, leverage, and network through curated, operator-led sessions. PlanX emphasizes real-world results, peer-level collaboration, and scalable business systems.The RoleWe are seeking a Full-Time, 100% Remote Creative Director & Motion Graphics / Video Editor to take full ownership of our visual direction and brand expression. You will lead the creative concepting for global campaigns while remaining hands-on with dedicated video editing, motion design, and event media production.What You’ll DoLead Brand & Creative Strategy: Define and execute the visual identity across promotional campaigns, high-impact event media, and digital channels.Hands-On Video Editing: Cut and polish short-form and long-form video assets tailored for digital platforms and live-event screens.Motion Graphics & Art Direction: Design dynamic 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, lower thirds, and event visual loops.Cross-Functional Ownership: Storyboard concepts, direct workflows, refine design templates, and collaborate remotely with marketing and production teams under event timelines.What We’re Looking ForProven track record in Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Graphic Design (event/startup ecosystem experience is a plus).Advanced mastery of motion graphics and video editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).Experience taking creative projects end-to-end—from storyboarding and script collaboration to final rendering.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while working fully remote.Role DetailsLocation: 100% RemoteType: Full-Time, DedicatedHow to ApplyApply directly with your resume and a link to your reel/portfolio showcasing your best motion design and video editing work.
