Job Title: Jr. Estimation EngineerRoles & ResponsibilitiesReview and understand mechanical equipment drawings and layouts used in water treatment systems (e.g., pump stations, flanges, filtration units, piping & valve arrangements).Perform material and quantity take-offs based on approved drawings and technical specifications using AutoCAD/PDF documents.Prepare cost estimations, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and support proposal preparation.Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to verify material requirements.Assist in preparing technical and commercial estimation documents.Update and maintain cost databases, supplier quotations, and estimation templates.Ensure all estimation work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.Remain accessible and available during holidays or post work for any emergency work requirement as instructed by the team lead.Skills & QualificationsMust have experience in BOQ preparation with strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings used in water treatment industryMust have knowledge of mechanical equipments used in the water treatment industry such as flanges, pumps etc.Preferred bachelors degree in Mechanical EngineeringMust have proficiency in Microsoft Excel with good communication and coordination skillsGood to have AutoCAD skills
