Al Habtour Realty has been shaping Dubai's real estate market since 1993. As we grow our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, we're looking for a Video Editor to join our content team.Position: Full-time, on-site Oud Metha, DubaiAvailability: Able to join immediately (October 1)What you'll do:Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks) from raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping videosWork closely with our content and design team to bring scripts and briefs to lifeAdd VFX, captions, on-screen text, SFX, and B-roll to elevate every editHandle motion graphics, text overlays, and data visualizations for market-focused contentTurn around content on a weekly production schedule, hitting deadlines without compromising qualityWhat we're looking for:Able to join immediately (October 1)A strong creative eye you know how to pace a cut, pick the right beat drop, and make a video feel native to the platform, not just technically correctProficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, and/or After EffectsStrong portfolio in short-form vertical video editing (Reels/TikTok specifically, not just long-form)Skilled in VFX, captions/subtitles, SFX, and sourcing or cutting B-rollComfortable with motion graphics, text animation, and basic color gradingAn eye for current trends, sounds, and formats you're the kind of person who already knows what's trending before we askSharp attention to detail and pacingComfortable taking feedback and revising quicklyReliable under deadline pressure our content runs on a fixed weekly schedule, and late delivery holds up the entire pipeline, so time management isn't optional, it's core to the roleBonus: experience with real estate, finance, or other data-heavy contentAble to work on-site in DubaiWhat we're offering:Salary: to be discussedCompany-sponsored employment visaStandard health insurance as per UAE requirementsFlight ticket allowance as per company policyFull-time role within a growing, fast-paced content teamReal creative ownership your work goes straight to Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, not buried in revisionsTrial / Skills Assessment:Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a trial period or practical skills assessment to evaluate their skills, suitability, and ability to perform the requirements of the position before final selection.To apply: Send your CV and portfolio to salma@alhabtourrealty.com
