Location: Abu DhabiSalary: AED 2,800 – 3,200Experience: 1–2 yearsJoining: Candidates who can join immediately Language : Arabic & EnglishJob Description:We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have previous call center experience, excellent communication skills, fast typing ability, and experience handling both voice calls and chat support.Key Responsibilities:• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently• Manage customer conversations through voice calls and online chat• Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system• Monitor and manage customer requests through CRM and internal dashboards• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and requests• Maintain proper records and ensure timely updates• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers• Meet required response time, service quality, and customer satisfaction standardsRequirements:• 1–2 years of proven call center experience is mandatory• Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional accent• Strong written English and communication skills• Fast and accurate typing skills are mandatory• Experience using CRM systems and dashboards• Comfortable handling both voice and chat support• Good customer service and problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Candidates available to join immediately or soon are preferred• Candidates based in Abu Dhabi are preferredInterested candidates can send their CV with Subject line : Call Center position to hr@jays.ae.
