• Experience of Edible Oil Refining / FMCG / Chemical / Sp. ChemicalProject.• Person should have knowledge of Arabic & English language(Speaking, Writing, Reading)• Responsible for developing and maintains EDMS protocolsand Execution Plans• Fulfillment of the project and standard quality requirements for theproject documentation internally as well externals(client/vendors/third party etc.)• Implementation and execution of project procedures/protocols fordocument management.• Knowledge of basic process of engineering as well as vendordocument life cycle.• Knowledge about Document Inward & Outward flow.• Internal & external distribution through transmittal as per documentdistribution matrix.• Expertise in Archive system of electronic as well as hard copy anddigitization of documentation.• Knowledge of BIM / ACC / WRENCH(EDMS) tools for electronicdocumentation.• Good knowledge of Document numbering, Taxonomy &Classification.• Control of document quality respect to layout, legibility, format etc.• Prepare & maintain various databases and reports for trackingpurpose.• Preparation of project handing over documentation or finalsubmission package to client as per project requirement.• Knowledge of Plotting, Printing, Scanning.• Continuous improvement on internal documentation.• Be organized and structured in works.• Good communication and management skills.• Interpersonal and communication skills.
