Finance Manager - For exciting fast paced scale up - (Government backed)If you enjoy being part of something and being in a fast paced team with lots of challenges....This is a exciting technology team and need someone to help drive this Finance element forward and support the directors and team.What We’re Looking ForEssential:5–10 years’ finance experience in the UAE, with strong working knowledge of local regulation and tax2–3 years in a start-up or scale-up environment, ideally helping build the finance function from an early stageHands-on experience across month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecastingPractical experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax complianceComfortable preparing reporting for boards, investors, or government stakeholdersExperience implementing or improving accounting systems and financial controlsRecognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent) would be nice to have but not necessary.Currently based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai or able to relocate within the UAEStrong english, great communication skills and with a background ideally both in the UAE and outside the region with at least 2-3 years of start up/scale up experience
