Senior Video EditorCompany: Eleva CommunicationsLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesJob Type: Full-Time | On-SiteDepartment: Media Production & Post-ProductionExperience: Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experienceAvailability: Immediate joining preferredJob DescriptionEleva Communications is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor to join our Media Production team in Abu Dhabi.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in professional video editing, corporate films, government projects, advertising campaigns, event highlights, interviews, and social media content.We are looking for someone with strong storytelling abilities, technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple post-production projects while consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality corporate videos, promotional films, commercials, documentaries, event highlights, interviews, and social media content.Manage the complete post-production workflow, from footage organization and rough cuts to final delivery.Transform raw footage into engaging, professionally structured videos with strong visual storytelling.Perform professional color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, sound enhancement, and basic sound mixing.Integrate motion graphics, titles, transitions, subtitles, visual effects, and branding elements.Edit content in multiple formats, including horizontal, vertical, and square, optimized for different digital platforms.Collaborate closely with videographers, producers, graphic designers, and project coordinators to ensure creative and technical consistency.Interpret client briefs and translate feedback into effective creative edits.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.Organize and maintain project files, footage, editing timelines, and final deliverables according to company procedures.Ensure all final outputs meet client specifications, technical requirements, and brand guidelines.Support junior editors and provide technical guidance when required.Stay updated on editing techniques, industry trends, and post-production technologies.Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within a media production company, advertising agency, or creative studio.Proven experience editing government projects, corporate films, commercials, and large-scale events in the UAE is highly preferred.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.Strong working knowledge of Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.Excellent understanding of video storytelling, pacing, continuity, composition, and visual aesthetics.Strong knowledge of color grading, audio post-production, motion graphics, and video finishing.Experience working with professional camera footage, including LOG profiles and high-resolution formats.Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from initial edit to final delivery.Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Ability to handle urgent deadlines and fast-paced production environments.Good communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.Currently based in the UAE is preferred.Application RequirementsInterested candidates must submit:Updated CVPortfolio or showreel demonstrating professional editing work (mandatory)Current locationCurrent and expected salaryNotice period/availability to joinImportant: Applications without a portfolio or showreel will not be considered.
