Secret Gardens LLC is a Dubai-based landscape design and build company specializing in luxury residential outdoor spaces. We are looking for a creative, experienced, and client-focused Senior Landscape Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will lead the design process, guide and support other designers, and manage client relationships from initial sales presentations and concept development through detailed design and construction. This role requires a combination of strong design expertise, team leadership, project coordination, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Develop creative and functional landscape design concepts for luxury residential & commercial projects. Prepare and present professional landscape proposals, including 2D layouts, 3D renders, CAD drawings, material selections, and technical details. Lead, guide, and review the work of other designers to ensure design quality, accuracy, and consistency. Meet with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, discuss revisions, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales, design, and construction stages. Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations, address enquiries, and secure design approvals. Review architectural plans, working drawings, construction details, and project specifications. Coordinate with the Operations and Construction Teams to ensure designs are practical, feasible, and implemented according to approved plans. Lead the selection of suitable plants, hardscape materials, outdoor furniture, finishes, and other landscape features. Prepare project estimates and proposals in coordination with the Operations Team. Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders to source materials and develop design solutions. Monitor project progress, manage design revisions, and ensure deadlines are met in line with client requirements. Stay updated on landscape design trends, materials, technologies, and industry developments. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Design Manager. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in landscape design and build projects within the UAE. Proven ability to lead, guide, and coordinate a team of designers. Strong portfolio demonstrating landscape design concepts, technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and completed or proposed projects. Excellent client-facing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of landscape materials, planting, hardscape design, and construction detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design and rendering software. Ability to interpret architectural plans, sketches, elevations, and technical drawings and develop accurate 3D models and photorealistic renders. Fluent in Arabic and English. UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred. Experience in luxury residential landscape projects is an advantage.
