Company Description Unwired Global is a UAE-based wholesale distributor and B2B supplier offering a diverse range of international brands and consumer products across multiple industries. We work with retailers, wholesalers, e-commerce businesses, resellers, corporate buyers, and regional distributors across the UAE and wider markets.Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include developing account plans, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and overseeing deliveries in collaboration with internal operations and logistics teams. The Account Manager monitors sales performance, identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and supports pricing, promotions, and product launches. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, resolving escalations, and regularly reporting on account status, forecasts, and market feedback.QualificationsProven experience in account management, sales, or customer success in consumer electronics, IT hardware, or related technology sectors.Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management with corporate and channel partners.Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and develop account strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfort working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools; familiarity with ERP platforms is beneficial.Capacity to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate in a multicultural team, and adapt to a fast-moving, results-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
