Key ResponsibilitiesDesign the governance model: data custodianship, roles, councils and working groups.Align the programme with national and international geospatial frameworks (UN-GGIM IGIF).Draft the policies, standards and regulatory basis for spatial data sharing.Advise government entities on data-sharing agreements and custodianship.Support the steering committee with governance decisions and reporting.Qualifications10+ years in spatial data infrastructure (SDI) governance or national geospatial programmes.Data custodianship models and geospatial policy.UN-GGIM IGIF and international SDI good practice.Senior stakeholder engagement in government.A relevant certification (for example GISP) is a plus.
