Organizational Development ManagerRole DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and people-focused Organizational Development Manager to drive initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee capability, culture, and business performance. The role involves assessing organizational needs, developing people and organizational strategies, and implementing initiatives that support long-term growth and transformation. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on organizational design, talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management. The role also involves analyzing organizational data, identifying capability gaps, and developing practical solutions to improve collaboration, productivity, and employee experience. Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills are essential.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Management, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, performance management, and change management.Ability to analyze organizational needs and translate insights into practical initiatives.Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.Familiarity with organizational design, employee engagement, succession planning, and competency frameworks.Strong understanding of HR metrics, organizational data, and performance indicators.Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions.Strategic, proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous organizational improvement.
