Comprising of industry veterans, we enable structural transformations in Analytics powered by our expertise, true partnership, and e2e implementation approach.About the Job:NeoStats Analytics is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Global Accounts & Money Movement to lead the development and scaling of innovative payment solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, and money movement who can drive product strategy, development, and commercial success.Responsibilities:Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements for cross-border payments, collections, payouts, and multi-currency accounts.Define and prioritize product features, use cases, and customer journeys based on business and customer requirements.Lead end-to-end product delivery, including development, integration, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.Coordinate with internal technology teams and external partners to manage project milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.Drive product commercial success through pricing inputs, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and customer onboarding.Requirements:Mandatory Requirements:10+ years of experience in Product Management within banking, financial services, fintech, or digital payments.Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, international money transfers, payouts, or embedded finance.Proven experience taking a payments product from concept and development through launch and commercial scale-up.Experience working in regulated financial services environments such as banks, PSPs, EMIs, or licensed fintech companies.Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, settlement processes, and money movement.Knowledge of stablecoins, digital asset wallets, and fiat on/off-ramps.Familiarity with API-based payment platforms, payment orchestration, and reconciliation systems.Understanding of KYC/KYB, AML, and applicable UAE/GCC payments and virtual asset regulatory frameworks.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.Immediate availability and eligibility to work in the UAE.Preferred Qualifications:CSPO, PMP, or SAFe certification.Experience with stablecoin-enabled payment solutions and digital asset infrastructure.Exposure to UAE/GCC payments and virtual asset regulatory frameworks.Experience serving SMEs, marketplaces, merchants, or digital platforms.What we offer:Competitive Salary and BenefitsOpportunity to be part of a fast-paced and growing startup.
