Rapidus Logistics FZCO is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Freight Pricing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA).We are seeking a candidate with hands-on freight forwarding pricing experience who can independently manage quotations, negotiate competitive rates, and coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and international agents.Key Responsibilities:Prepare competitive quotations for air, sea (FCL/LCL), road, courier, and project cargo shipments.Source and negotiate rates with airlines, GSAs, shipping lines, transporters, and overseas agents.Analyze freight costs, surcharges, routing options, and shipment profitability.Handle international RFQs and coordinate with our global agent network.Support the sales and operations teams with timely and accurate pricing.Maintain updated rate sheets and supplier pricing records.Requirements:1–2 years of relevant freight forwarding pricing experience, preferably in the UAE.Good knowledge of air, sea, and road freight pricing.Familiarity with Incoterms, UAE customs procedures, and freight documentation.Understanding of chargeable weight, freight margins, and applicable surcharges.Knowledge of DG/lithium battery shipments is an advantage.Strong MS Excel, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple quotations under tight deadlines.Location: Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA), Dubai, UAEEmployment: Full-time | On-siteInterested?Apply directly through LinkedIn with your updated CV.Join Rapidus Logistics and be part of a growing international freight forwarding company.#Hiring #FreightForwarding #PricingExecutive #LogisticsJobs #DubaiJobs #AirFreight #SeaFreight #SupplyChain #RapidusLogistics
