Role OverviewJoin our hospitality team as a Bellman / Valet at Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing valet parking services, and supporting guests with their transportation needs. You will help ensure a smooth and pleasant experience while maintaining the hotel's service standards.ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests upon arrival and assist them during departure.Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery to their rooms.Provide valet parking services and safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.Ensure guest vehicles are handled with care and parked in designated areas.Follow UAE traffic rules and hotel parking procedures.Check vehicles before and after use and report any damages or issues.Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, parking areas, and key cabinets.Keep accurate records of vehicle movements, mileage, and luggage handling.Assist guests with directions, hotel facilities, restaurants, and nearby attractions.Arrange taxis, limousine transfers, and other transportation requests.Respond to guest requests and provide friendly and professional service.Handle guest deliveries and luggage storage when required.Report guest complaints or incidents to the supervisor.Maintain proper shift handovers and update daily logbooks.Maintain good personal grooming and follow hotel standards.Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.RequirementsPrevious experience in both bell service and valet parking.Experience in a luxury hotel or resort.Valid UAE driving license.Good knowledge of UAE traffic rules and local areas.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to handle luggage and guest belongings carefully.Ability to drive and park different types of vehicles safely.Professional appearance and good grooming standards.Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Perks And BenefitsCompetitive salary and Service Charge.Training and development opportunities.Uniform and meals provided during working hours.Opportunities to grow within a prestigious hospitality group.An engaging and supportive team environment.
