We are looking for energetic, target-driven Relationship Officer to join our growing team and represent a reputed bank in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.Key Responsibilities Promote and sell banking products, primarily Credit Cards Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, corporate visits, and other sourcing channels Identify eligible customers and maintain quality submissions Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility clearly to customers Ensure complete and accurate customer documentation Strictly follow bank policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional service Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow-upCandidate Requirements *Minimum 1 year of Banking/Sales experience preferred* *Graduation mandatory* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-oriented with a strong willingness to succeed Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment UAE banking/credit card sales experience will be an added advantage *Attractive Salary + High Incentives Under Spouse or Father's Visa Having UAE Driving License + Own Car Performance-based rewards and additional benefits Excellent career growth opportunities Professional and dynamic working environment
