Junior Quantity Surveyor We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu DhabiDuties and responsibilities:· Prepare variation claims and submissions.· Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements of additional works.· Prepare variation quotations and cost breakdowns.· Maintain and update variation records and logs.· Coordinate with project teams for variation details and approvals.Requirements:· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.· Experience in variation preparation, quantity take-offs, and measurements.· Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.· Good communication and coordination skills.· UAE experience in construction or fit-out projects is preferred.
