The company values reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all roles.Role Description The Florist at Bake and share is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Florist will design and prepare flower arrangements, bouquets, and decorative pieces that complement bakery products and enhance store displays and events. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and conditioning flowers, creating floral designs for walk-in customers and special orders, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The role involves collaborating with the bakery team on themed decorations, providing friendly and informed customer service, managing inventory of floral supplies, and assisting with set-up for celebrations and corporate events. The Florist is expected to follow company guidelines, respect health and safety practices, and consistently deliver visually appealing and timely work.Qualifications Proficiency in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design, with the ability to create a variety of bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative displays.Strong Creativity Skills to develop original concepts that align with bakery themes, seasons, and customer preferences.Solid Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a professional, welcoming approach.Experience in Decoration for events, shop displays, and product presentations, with attention to detail and visual balance.Basic knowledge of flower care, handling, and storage to maintain freshness and safety standards.Ability to work on-site full-time in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates, including weekends or peak seasons as needed.Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines.Previous experience as a florist or in a similar creative retail or event role is preferred; relevant training or certification in floral design is an advantage.
