Job Description SummaryThe Lead Product Service Engineer – Gas Turbine Accessories Systems provides direct technical support to global GE Vernova Gas Power customers across three primary workstreams.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical resolution to issues resolution involving gas turbine accessories including but not limited to inlet, exhaust, Gas & Liquid Fuel, Oil, Water injection, Cooling water, Enclosures, Piping & Flex hoses, Valves & Actuators, Purge air systems, and instrumentations at power plants with a sense of urgency.Identify trending issues and provide countermeasures to protect our customers’ fleet, then communicate to the relevant audience (TILs, PSxBs, ETCs, OnTheGo alerts, etc.)Drive complex RCAs through root cause and corrective action while communicating both internally (field teams, GEV leadership) and externally to end customersWork collaboratively with partnering teams, e.g. design engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Vendors, quality, and/or Field services to provide sound technical resolution in a timely manner.Represent the organization in user conferences, customer clarification meetings, and other industry communicationsExhibit GE Vernova Leadership Behaviours of acting with humility, leading with transparency, and delivering with focusEmbrace LEAN principles. Continuously challenge, improve internal processes and simplification into day-to-day activitiesUse AI and digital platforms to streamline work, boost productivity, and enhance quality.Required QualificationsBachelor’s and/or Master's degree in engineering from accredited university.Minimum 7 years of direct commissioning or maintenance or engineering or relevant functional experience with GE Vernova Gas turbine and mechanical Accessories/Auxiliaries systems Strong oral and written communication in English languageThis role requires around 10-15% within and outside of the regionDesired CharacteristicsProven experience with GE Vernova F/HA Gas turbinesStrong working knowledge of various GE Vernova Heavy Duty Gas turbine operational philosophySelf-starter and resourceful problem-solver that can navigate the GE Vernova resource databases and organizations to deliver a solution, with urgencyNot afraid of being uncomfortable with the specific technical problem and willingness to apply engineering problem-solving methods to resolve the issue, under pressureAbility to communicate at all levels (field engineers, site engineers, plant managers, GE Vernova leadership, etc.)Ability to rapidly change directions for multiple concurrent projects based on emergent business prioritiesHumble, open, collaborative, and continuously learningStrong oral and written communication in Arabic language Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
