HR Generalist – Domestic Worker RelationsSalary: AED 5,000 per monthLocation: Dubai, UAEFull-TimeWe are looking for a highly organized and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage the daily HR needs of our domestic workers, particularly Filipino housemaids and nannies.The ideal candidate should preferably be a Psychology graduate or have a strong psychology/counseling background, speak Tagalog and English, and have experience dealing directly with employees, resolving personal and workplace issues, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate HR records.Key Responsibilities* Handle the daily concerns and issues of Filipino housemaids and nannies.* Speak with workers professionally, understand their concerns, calm difficult situations, and help find practical solutions.* Counsel workers who are unhappy, homesick, experiencing difficulties with employers, or considering resignation.* Conduct proper discussions with workers to understand the real reason behind complaints, resignations, or refusal to work.* Work on employee retention and, where appropriate, help workers understand their responsibilities and encourage them to continue their employment.* Conduct exit interviews and document clear reasons for resignation or termination.* Interview domestic workers and understand their personality, attitude, expectations, family circumstances, work experience, and suitability for different households.* Follow up with housemaids during employment and keep proper records of their status.* Maintain organized Excel trackers for all workers, including: * Active workers * Workers in accommodation * Complaints and cases * Resignations * Replacements * Absconding cases * Contract expiry dates * Visa and document expiry dates * Exit cases * Salary and employment issues * Follow-up dates and actions required* Prepare regular reports and make sure no case is forgotten or left without follow-up.* Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accommodation, PRO and Management regarding worker cases.* Handle worker warnings, acknowledgments, resignations and other HR documentation.* Understand and apply UAE labour regulations and UAE domestic worker regulations.* Explain workers’ rights, responsibilities and company procedures clearly.* Assist with labour complaints and worker-related cases when required.* Maintain confidential and professional employee records.Requirements* Fluent Tagalog is mandatory.* Good spoken and written English.* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is strongly preferred, or a degree/experience related to Psychology, HR, Counseling or Human Resources.* Previous HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Recruitment or worker-management experience.* Strong understanding of UAE labour law and domestic worker regulations.* Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.* Must be comfortable handling emotional and difficult conversations.* Strong personality while remaining patient, respectful and professional.* Excellent Excel and tracking skills.* Highly organized and able to manage many employee cases simultaneously.* Able to conduct structured interviews and exit interviews.* Good judgment and ability to identify the real issue behind an employee complaint.* Experience dealing with Filipino employees or domestic workers is a major advantage.The Person We Are Looking ForThis role requires someone who is more than an administrative HR employee.We need someone who understands people, can listen carefully, ask the right questions, identify problems, counsel employees, manage difficult personalities, and resolve issues before they become bigger problems.At the same time, she must be extremely organized and maintain her own trackers, follow-ups and reports so management always knows the exact status of every worker.Salary: AED 5,000 per month
