SCOPE Provide professional and effective transportation services to the organization.Dimensions of the job:Duties are carried out for the organization and all its subsidiaries, associated and connected entities.Direct reports:NoneROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESAirport pick- ups for new staff / guest arriving from outside the country and takes them to the camps/ hotels or arranged accommodation.Pick up and Drop off staff as per the pre-defined office schedulePick and delivery of documents, samples, procurement items as per the instruction of Admin OfficerAlways maintain a clean and tidy appearance.Keep the vehicle clean and tidy alwaysMaintain the confidentiality of the department’s activity.Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental PoliciesCarrying out assigned tasks in safe mannerAttend HSE Trainings and DrillsSupervise and Monitor safety of teamReport any unsafe conditions and practices at workplaceAny other duties assigned by the Reporting ManagerSKILLS Verbal and written communication skills.Professional personal presentation.Customer service orientation.Attention to detail.Reliability.Stress tolerance.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISEKnowledge & Familiar of UAE Roads4-5 years of work experience in Similar Profile with pleasant personality.QUALIFICATIONHigh school diploma /Basic/AnyValid UAE driving license
