Guest Requests: Assist with guest inquiries, wake-up calls, and message delivery. Communication: Relay information to departments and staff accurately. Documentation: Maintain call logs and service requests. Support: Assist with emergency communication procedures.Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service or call handling preferred. Clear communication and telephone etiquette. Multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with telecommunication systems.
