About the Job The L&D Specialist is key to the success of the academy. You will identify training needs, design learning modules and delivery methods, and measure on-the-job upskilling in line with each department's client journeys. You will also administer our LMS and other learning platforms, and design real estate knowledge programs for our internal teams and for external audiences, including paid courses for individuals, firms, and authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify training needs and conduct capability assessments across PSI.Partner with Line Managers to identify skill gaps and develop relevant learning programs.Design and deliver innovative, blended learning programs covering technical, behavioural and leadership skills.Develop learning modules, assessments and impact-measurement methodologies.Research and apply effective learning theories and best practices to enhance employee development.Support Training of Trainers (ToT) programs and deliver targeted learning sessions based on business needs.Manage the LMS and other learning platforms, including scheduling, module assignments, content uploads, assessments, analytics, dashboards and reporting.Develop and manage learning workflows and employee learning journeys across the LMS.Benchmark internal and external L&D best practices and recommend initiatives to support talent development and employee engagement.Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and perform other L&D-related duties as assigned.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.Strong understanding of L&D processes, learning methodologies and impact assessment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple learning initiatives.Experience with LMS administration and learning platforms is preferred.Success MeasuresNumber of training needs identified and addressed annuallyPercentage of employees assessed for capability annuallyNumber of skill gaps identified and addressedEmployee satisfaction with learning coursesNumber of blended learning modules createdEffectiveness of assessments, measured by improvement in skill gapsSmooth LMS operation, measured by user feedbackEffectiveness of delivered programs, measured by participant feedback and performance improvementIncrease in talent development and employee engagementApply now or send your CV to [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم] or WhatsApp [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم]
