Job PurposeTo oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient store performance, compliance with company standards, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementManage day-to-day café operations.Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.Monitor product quality and presentation.Customer ServiceDeliver exceptional customer experience.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.Team ManagementSupervise and motivate café employees.Conduct staff training and coaching.Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.Sales & Financial PerformanceAchieve sales and profitability targets.Monitor daily sales and labor costs.Control waste and manage operating expenses.Drive sales through promotions and upselling initiatives.Inventory & Stock ControlManage inventory levels and stock ordering.Conduct regular stock counts.Minimize stock losses and product wastage.Health & SafetyEnsure compliance with UAE food safety regulations.Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.Experience managing teams and café operations.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Skills & CompetenciesLeadership and people management.Customer service orientation.Sales and business acumen.Problem solving and decision making.Communication and interpersonal skills.Inventory and cost control management.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales achievement.Customer satisfaction scores.Labor cost control.Food and beverage cost management.Inventory accuracy.Employee turnover and engagement.Compliance with health and safety standards.
