Organization- Park Hyatt Abu DhabiSummary To conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, creative, efficient and flexible service consistent with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas and Hyatt International Brand Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction. To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Food and Beverage items in the menu. Possess the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives. To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times. QualificationsAn ideal candidate should: Have prior experience within a similar luxury hotel/established restaurant environment. Possesses a friendly, energetic approach and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service. Be proficient (fluent) in both English and Russian, with strong communication skills.
