Khadamat Facilities Management is seeking a Bid Proposal Analyst to support our Bidding and Solutions function, leading the production of high-quality submissions from pre-qualification through to final tender submission.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate bid plans, meetings, stakeholder inputs, and client clarifications to meet deadlines and budgets.Write compelling, accurate, and visually engaging proposals that meet client requirements and evaluation criteria.Work with subject matter experts to support solution design and incorporate win themes, unique selling points, and case studies.Use AI tools, graphic design, and proposal software to develop professional submissions.Manage tender portals, document version control, governance records, and submission quality.Research competitors and market conditions, maintain bid knowledge libraries, and prepare operational handover packs.Required qualifications and experienceBachelor’s degree.Minimum 3 years’ experience in project support, bid support, or an analyst role within facilities management.Knowledge of hard and soft FM services and solutions.Experience using AI tools, graphic design software, and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Strong proposal writing and presentation skills, with fluent written and spoken English.High proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent coordination, research, and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.Desirable: Arabic language skills, APMP Foundation certification, and experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio.Interested candidates are invited to apply through this LinkedIn job posting.#Hiring #BidProposalAnalyst #FacilitiesManagement #BidManagement #ProposalDevelopment #Khadamat
