360 Recruitment Consultant – Business Bay, DubaiHyrra is expanding into the UAE and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help build out our manufacturing and construction desks from our Business Bay office.About HyrraWe're a specialist recruitment agency working across healthcare, construction, packaging, plastics, industrial and manufacturing — connecting top talent with growing businesses across the US, UK and now the UAE.The Role360 recruitment: candidate sourcing, managing through the interview stages through to placement, strong focus on new business development and client managementWork directly with leadership as part of a lean, high-output teamIn-office role based in Business Bay, DubaiWhat We're Looking ForProven recruitment experience in manufacturing or construction recruitment or at least 3+ years in general recruitment experienceMust have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales NavigatorTrack record of billing and building client relationships from scratchComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentWhat's On OfferCompetitive base + uncapped commissionReal ownership of a desk and marketGround-floor opportunity as we scale in the regionInterested?
