We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Production Operator to support daily manufacturing and production activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, handling materials, monitoring product quality, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining workplace safety, product quality, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery, equipment, and tools according to established operating procedures.Perform daily production activities to meet production schedules, output targets, and quality requirements.Prepare raw materials, components, and equipment for manufacturing processes.Monitor machine operations and production processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Conduct basic quality inspections to identify defective products, irregularities, and production issues.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality control requirements.Perform basic machine cleaning, routine maintenance, and equipment checks.Report machine breakdowns, equipment abnormalities, and production issues to supervisors.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the production area.Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.Record production output, material usage, machine performance, and quality inspection results.Assist with packing, labeling, handling, and storage of finished products.Coordinate with production supervisors, quality control, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production machinery, and workplace safety procedures.Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures.Good attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or production abnormalities.Physically fit and able to perform production-related tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling materials when required.Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and committed to maintaining quality standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or flexible schedules when required.Basic communication and teamwork skills.Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
