We're Hiring: Senior Buyer | Abu Dhabi, UAEAre you a procurement professional who loves negotiating great deals and keeping supply chains running smoothly? Join us and play a key role in making sure our clients and departments get the right supplies and services, on time and at the best value.What you'll do:Pre-qualify and onboard reliable suppliers in line with our Procurement PolicyProcess purchase requests, obtain quotations, and prepare price comparisons for approvalNegotiate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality or delivery timelinesReview quotation terms (payment, delivery, warranty, after-sales service, insurance) to make sure they meet company and client requirementsCoordinate delivery schedules with site Property ManagersSource cost-effective alternatives that meet client standardsEvaluate vendor performance and share feedback with the Assistant Purchase Manager.Support the Procurement Manager with ERP updates and changes.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field5+ years of hands-on procurement experienceSolid knowledge of procurement processesStrong knowledge of the UAE supplier marketExperience with the purchasing module of an ERP systemWhat's in it for you:Competitive payAnnual performance-based bonusComplimentary company lunchWork-life balance: 5-day work week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMFazaa Card
