We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our growing Travel & Visa Services team in Dubai, UAE.The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with an interest or experience in the travel, tourism, and visa consultancy industry.Key Responsibilities:* Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media* Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales* Assist clients with USA, UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, Japan, and other visa services* Explain visa requirements, documentation, fees, and application procedures* Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions* Coordinate with the visa processing team after confirming clients* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers* Work towards monthly sales and conversion targetsRequirements:* Experience in travel, visa services, telesales, or customer service preferred* Strong English communication skills* Good sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills* Comfortable handling customers through calls and WhatsApp* Basic knowledge of USA, UK & Schengen visas is an advantage* Target-oriented and self-motivated* Good computer and Microsoft Office skills📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Position: Sales Assistant – Travel & Visa Services🕐 Job Type: Full-Time
