ESmart Buy is a new Abu Dhabi online marketplace, opening 21 December 2026. Local shops sell with us; families shop from one account.We're hiring someone to bring shops on board and manage whole seller journey & relationships.What you'll do• Call and visit shops, malls and markets in Abu Dhabi, then Dubai• Sign shops up and help them get their products live• Follow up with merchants in Arabic and English• Share a short progress update every three daysYou have• Spoken Arabic and English• 2+ year in sales, retail or business development in the UAE• Based in Abu Dhabi; a driving licence is a plusPay• AED 3,000–3,500 a month to start• Monthly targets: shops signed and shops live• Salary review after 6 months, based on resultsApply: send your CV to hello@esmartbuy.ae (subject: Merchant Acquisition)
