Company Description TradeX Protocol is a technology-driven trading firm specializing in systematic strategies across global financial markets. Team members collaborate in a data-centric environment where technology, research, and market insight drive decision-making and performance.Role Description The Senior Capital Raising Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing capital commitments from institutional and qualified investors, as well as maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing capital partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing fundraising strategies, preparing investor materials and pitch decks, coordinating due diligence, and managing investor communication before and after allocations. The Senior Capital Raising Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, trading, and operations teams to translate complex strategies into clear value propositions and ensure that investor expectations, reporting, and compliance requirements are consistently met. The role also involves monitoring market trends and the competitive landscape to refine capital raising approaches and identify new opportunities.QualificationsStrong skills in investor relations, fundraising strategy, and capital sourcing, with proven experience raising capital from institutional or qualified investors.Solid understanding of financial markets, including alternative investments, systematic trading strategies, and asset classes such as gold, foreign exchange, and digital assets.Proficiency in preparing professional investor presentations, pitch decks, and written materials, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing due diligence processes, negotiation of investment terms, and coordination with legal, compliance, and operations teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, risk metrics, and market research to inform discussions with investors.Demonstrated relationship-building skills, including networking, stakeholder management, and maintaining long-term investor partnerships.High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are beneficial.Prior experience in asset management, hedge funds, private equity, or similar environments is strongly preferred.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.Important: Mandatory CV SubmissionAs part of the TradeX recruitment process, all applicants are required to send their updated CV separately via emailto:[بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم] Subject: Application – [Position Name] – [Full Name]Please ensure your CV is emailed before completing your LinkedIn application.Note: Submitting your application through LinkedIn alone is not sufficient.
