As an integral part of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures throughout our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConstruct, install, and repair wooden structures, fixtures, and furnitureRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirementsSelect appropriate materials and tools for each projectMeasure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materialsInstall doors, windows, trim, and hardwarePerform preventive maintenance on wooden structures and equipmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environmentCollaborate with team members and other departments to complete projectsMaintain accurate logs of completed work and materials usedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:High school diploma or equivalent; valid carpenter certification preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in carpentry, with knowledge of construction techniques and safety regulationsProficiency in reading blueprints and using various carpentry tools and equipmentStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent communication skills with a customer-focused approachPhysical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positionsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAdditional InformationAdditional Language is an added advantage.Our Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.By joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.
