We are looking for a creative, passionate, and reliable Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a good eye for design, a love for flowers, and the ability to create beautiful arrangements while providing excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesCreate fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and custom designs.Prepare flowers by cutting, conditioning, and maintaining them properly.Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements based on their needs and budget.Take and prepare orders for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, events, and other occasions.Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive flower shop.Monitor flower and supply inventory and minimize waste.Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time.Provide friendly and professional customer service.RequirementsPrevious florist experience is preferred.Strong creativity and attention to detail.Good knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Flexible, dependable, and a positive team player.What We OfferCompetitive salaryFriendly and supportive working environmentOpportunities to develop your floral design skills
