We are working with a marketing-leading fintech client to find a driven Inbound Sales Representative to convert high-quality marketing leads.Responsibilities:Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and other channels.Conduct discovery calls and explain our investment products and services.Understand prospective clients’ needs and guide them through the sales process.Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.Meet and exceed sales and conversion targets.Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.Requirements:3+ years of sales experience, ideally in fintech, B2B investment, wealth management, financial services.Proven track record of converting inbound leads.Strong communication, consultative selling, and closing skills.Commercially driven, organised, and customer-focused.Comfortable working to targets and using a CRM.Investment/fintech experience is highly desirable.
