About the Role: As a Residential Valuer with CBRE, you will work in a team to complete valuations to a high standard of quality, within client and company guidelines as well as meeting agreed-upon time frames. These valuation projects are to be completed in accordance with RICS standard guidelines and practices. What You'll Do:Responsible for site inspection, data searching and preparation of valuation reports for residential properties.Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required time frames, and in accordance with company requirements and client instructionExercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuations reportsMaintain a sound working knowledge of local sales market in the residential sectorManage and update relevant databases accordinglyParticipate in all local marketing functions and exercises as requiredActively contribute to team meetings demonstrating a willingness to share ideas and informationUndertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time What You'll Need:Valuation professional with up to 3 years of valuations experience in the Middle EastBeing a Licensed Valuer will be a strong advantage.Fresh Graduates who are keen to learn on the job are welcome to apply.Good knowledge of the local property industry and market across relevant market areasDemonstrates mature communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levelsExcellent communication skills and a highly developed attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement under pressure Why CBRE When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
