We are seeking a skilled Specialist Internal Medicine Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions and providing comprehensive adult healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditionsConduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plansManage diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, and infectious diseasesEvaluate complex and undifferentiated medical presentationsInterpret laboratory investigations, ECGs, and relevant diagnostic imagingProvide inpatient and outpatient medical care as requiredManage acute medical emergencies and patient deteriorationCoordinate patient care with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teamsProvide preventive healthcare, lifestyle counselling, and patient educationMaintain accurate clinical records and documentationRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Internal MedicineMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredStrong clinical experience in adult medicine and chronic disease managementExcellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
