LLCLocation: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAEJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)About the CompanyKreative Homes is a Dubai-based renovation and contracting company with over 12 years of experience in the UAE and a portfolio of more than 500 renovated homes.We specialise in complete villa and apartment renovations, interior design and fit-out, custom joinery, kitchen and bathroom renovations, landscaping, swimming pool construction and outdoor living spaces.About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with hands-on UAE experience in residential renovation and contracting projects.The ideal candidate should have experience preparing estimates for a diverse range of construction and renovation works, including interior fit-out, villa renovations, landscaping, swimming pools and external works.You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs and competitive quotations while coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesReview architectural drawings, specifications, site measurements and project requirements.Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and quotations for residential renovation and contracting projects.Estimate costs for villa and apartment renovations, interior fit-out, kitchens, bathrooms and custom joinery.Prepare estimates for landscaping, swimming pools, paving, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and related external works.Perform accurate quantity take-offs and material calculations.Calculate material, labour, equipment and subcontractor costs.Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Conduct site visits to assess project scope, measurements and requirements.Coordinate with project managers, designers, procurement teams and sales representatives.Prepare tender submissions and client quotations within deadlines.Maintain updated pricing records for materials, labour and subcontractor services.Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.Support project budgeting and cost control when required.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of UAE experience as an Estimator in the construction, renovation or contracting industry is mandatory.Experience preparing estimates for residential renovation, interior fit-out and external construction works.Knowledge of landscaping, swimming pool construction and associated civil works is highly preferred.Strong understanding of UAE construction materials, labour rates and supplier pricing.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications and BOQs.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of estimating software is an advantage.Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple quotations and meet deadlines.Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field is preferred.What We OfferMonthly salary of AED 3,000 – AED 5,000, depending on experience and qualifications.Opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential renovation, landscaping and swimming pool projects.Professional growth opportunities within an established Dubai contracting company.Collaborative and professional working environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV, highlighting their UAE estimating experience and the types of construction and renovation projects they have handled.Pay: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per monthWork Location: In person – Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai
