Hiring | Investment Banking Graduate Programme | M&A Advisory | UAEI'm recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Global Investment Bank for a permanent, front-office opportunity within its M&A Advisory business in the UAE.This is an opportunity for an academically strong graduate with relevant transaction experience to build a long-term career in investment banking, working on corporate finance and M&A transactions across the Middle East and Africa.Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai, UAEStart Date: January 2027Position Level: Graduate / Entry-LevelEmployment: PermanentCandidate RequirementsMaster's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree from a top-rated business school, engineering school or equivalent university.Minimum university GPA of 2.75/4.0, 3.5/5.0 or equivalent, with stronger academic performance particularly encouraged.First-hand internship or professional experience in M&A Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Debt Markets or Project/Structured Finance.Solid knowledge of corporate finance, financial modelling and valuation.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English.
