We are partnering with a leading FMCG distributor in the UAE to hire a Retail Marketing Coordinator to support high-impact retail marketing initiatives across a multi-store retail network.This role sits at the intersection of in-store execution, brand activation, and digital engagement, playing a critical role in driving footfall, brand visibility, and incremental sales.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute in-store marketing plans, promotions, and activationsManage POS materials, promotional signage, and campaign rollouts end-to-endSupport retail events, store openings, and community activationsLiaise with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless executionAudit in-store activations and track performance effectivenessSupport social media and digital initiatives aligned to retail campaignsWork closely with design and production teams to meet timelines and quality standardsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong organisational and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG retail environmentProficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel; design/content skills are a plusHands-on, proactive, and execution-focused mindsetOpen to travelling within the UAEWhy This RoleHigh-visibility role within a growing FMCG retail businessExposure to multi-category, high-volume retail operationsStrong learning curve with long-term career progressionPerformance-driven, collaborative culture
