Together, we Make the Place.THE TEAMThe Finance team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi works closely with operational departments to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of the hotel’s financial transactions. Supporting our Food & Beverage outlets, the team plays an essential role in maintaining strong financial controls while enabling seamless guest experiences.As an Outlet Cashier, you will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage and Front Office teams to ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and financial compliance.YOUR ROLEAs an Outlet Cashier, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of guest billing and payment transactions across Food & Beverage outlets and bars.You will safeguard hotel assets, maintain compliance with financial procedures, and ensure every transaction is processed with accuracy and professionalism. Through your attention to detail and commitment to service, you will help support both operational excellence and guest satisfaction.HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACEProcess guest bills, payments, and transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS systemSafeguard cash floats, payment devices, and other financial instruments in accordance with hotel proceduresVerify and process credit card transactions, room charges, discounts, promotions, and vouchers with proper authorizationReconcile cash, card, and room charge transactions and prepare end-of-shift reportsSupport internal controls and house fund audits to ensure compliance with financial policiesWork closely with Finance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate reportingCOULD THIS BE YOU?You have experience handling cashiering, billing, or financial transactions within hospitality or a customer-facing environmentYou demonstrate exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountabilityYou are comfortable working with POS systems, payment terminals, and financial reporting toolsYou have strong numerical skills and can reconcile transactions confidently and efficientlyYou maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial informationYou communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantageOUR BENEFITSAs part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work.
