About Us:We are an established perfume manufacturing and distribution company with operations in several countries. We produce our fragrances in-house and take great pride in what we offer to our customers and end users. We are a team of passionate, talented, hard working people and are on the lookout for people to join our growing team About the Role:We are looking for a driven, creative and talented graphic designer to join our marketing team. As a part of the team you will help with both online and offline marketing collaterals including - social media creatives, digital campaigns, product promotions, print materials, and other brand collaterals.You must have proven track record and experience in creating content for brands and must be able to independently design creatives. You must be an expert with various design tools and someone who is comfortable using AI and other softwares to expedite and improve quality of work. Since we are selling on online stores you must have experience in design layout and product display on web pages and must be comfortable in coming up with mood-boards and mood-shot designs.You are someone who is curious and eager to learn about the industry and likes to stay up to date with competitor products, launches and other relevant data including latest trends and technology.Location: Deira, DubaiExperience: 2–3 years preferredIndustry: Fragrance, Beauty & Personal CareApplicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant brand and marketing design work.What We're Looking For:Proven Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating engaging, high-quality content for brands across digital and print platforms.Creative Independence: The ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute original creative ideas independently, rather than relying solely on briefs or references.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software. AI & Technology: Confidence in using AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and improve the quality and efficiency of work.Industry Awareness: A genuine interest in understanding the industry, keeping track of competitor activities, new product launches, evolving design trends, and consumer preferences.Curiosity & Initiative: A proactive mindset, willingness to experiment, eagerness to learn, and ability to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.Attention to Detail: A strong eye for aesthetics, brand consistency, and delivering polished, professional designs.Experience with product photography, lighting concepts, and post-production work is an advantage.
