Halian is hiring Director - Enterprise Applications & Digital Platforms in Abu Dhabi.Greetings!Experience required: 12+ YearsDuration: PermanentQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation, or IT leadership roles.Proven track record of delivering large-scale, integrated technology and business solution programs.Strong understanding of business process design, system integration, and data management.Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.Technical Skills & CompetenciesExperience with enterprise platforms such as CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, etc.).Strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, and insight generation.Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) for end-to-end analytics delivery.Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.Knowledge of modern AI ecosystems and technologies, including large language models and enterprise AI platforms.Halian Group: With over 28 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.
