At Audiomob, we believe in combining the power of audio, technology, and AI to create seamless and engaging ad experiences for users and effective monetization strategies for game developers and app publishers.We thrive on creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Account Manager to manage and grow revenue across our existing global reseller and partner network.This is a relationship-led role focused on strengthening partnerships, increasing partner engagement, and driving incremental revenue through existing accounts.You’ll work closely with partners across multiple regions, ensuring they are equipped, motivated, and aligned to drive growth with AudioMob.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow revenue across a portfolio of reseller and partner accountsBuild strong, trust-based relationships through regular in-person (F2F) meetings and ongoing communicationIdentify opportunities to expand partner activity and unlock additional revenue streamsDeliver training sessions, presentations, and product updates to partnersRepresent AudioMob at industry events, talks, and information sessionsCoordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to support partner successTrack account performance, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systemsPlan and execute client entertainment and relationship-building activitiesIdeal Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in account management, client services, or partnershipsBackground in media, advertising, or agency environments preferredExperience managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and retentionComfortable with public speaking, presentations, and hosting sessions/eventsUnderstands the importance of face-to-face engagement in driving relationshipsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage competing prioritiesRequirementsFluent in English and Arabic (mandatory), other languages are a bonus Based in the UAEWilling and able to travel internationally on a quarterly basis (EU, UK, US, LATAM, MENA)Must be able to obtain and maintain relevant travel visasStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Relocating to Abu Dhabi is mandatory Must be able to obtain a valid tenancy contract in Abu DhabiNice to HaveExposure to reseller or partner-led sales modelsExperience in adtech, mobile, or programmatic ecosystemsExisting relationships with agencies or media partnersWhat Success Looks LikeGrowth in partner-driven revenueHigh levels of partner engagement and satisfactionStrong retention and expansion across managed accountsSuccessful execution of partner events and training sessionsBe able to attend and lead a minimum of 8 client meetings per week virtual/inpersonWe’re Building a Diverse, Inclusive Team:Diversity and representation matters to us all.
